Set amidst the Pennine Hills, Holmebank Gardens has close proximity to the River Holme. The site is buffered by mature trees along the river and required precise ground engineering to manage water tables and ensure the stability of the housing plots near the watercourse.

We created a series of building-ready plateaus; significant soil management and creation of retaining structures accommodate the natural slopes of the Pennines.
