Connaught acted as the primary groundworks contractor, managing a major site clearance of vegetation stripping and precise stockpiling of topsoil to be reused for the development’s eventual landscaping.

GPS-Guided infrastructure helped us to model and excavate the road footprints and base. Connaught installed the sub-surface attenuation systems and utility trenches that serve the entire estate before completion of the “ring beam” or “trench fill” foundations for the various house types, including popular models like The Maple, The Oakland II, and The Turnberry.
