OUTLINE OF WORKS

Connaught Construction coordinated the earthworks on this project and oversaw the large-scale movement of earth (approximately 38,000 cubic meters of topsoil and clay) to establish the development’s levels. We used precision GPS to establish GPS models and accurately excavated and shaped the footprints for the new roads and housing plots. CBR testing ensured that the ground was stable enough for heavy construction.

Following the ground preparation, Connaught’s team installed the sub-surface infrastructure, including drainage pipes and the footings for the dwellings; constructed roads and managed the importation of stone materials to build the base layers for the site’s road network, ensuring durable access for the subsequent build phases.
