OUTLINE OF WORKS

Groundworks phase began in late 2025, first establishing the main access road from Gateforth Lane. We prepared the 2.6-hectare site by leveling the ground for the 62 initial plots, ranging from 2-bedroom bungalows to 5-bedroom houses.

Sustainable Drainage (SuDS) includes an urban drainage pond to manage surface water—a key requirement for the Hambleton site to ensure no increased flood risk to the surrounding village.
