In mid-2023 we began early-stage preparatory works such as site clearance, soil management, and establishment of the initial site compound. Civil engineering saw implementation of the main spine roads and access routes serving the 69 plots.

Complex drainage and utility trenching were required for a site of this scale, ensuring modern living standards like EV charging points were integrated into the infrastructure from the ground up.
